US and Iran ceasefire strained by Israeli strikes on Lebanon

  • In response, Iran-backed Hezbollah claimed rocket attacks on Manara in northern Israel early Thursday morning.
  • Hezbollah stated its retaliatory actions would persist until the "Israeli-American aggression" against Lebanon ceases, with the strikes testing a fragile US-Iran ceasefire.
