TARTAN Army fans have discovered a viral monument in Boston during their visit to the city for the World Cup.
Scotland supporters have trekked to the now-infamous "Boston Cop Slide", which went viral last year after a Boston police officer was filmed emerging from it at high speed after a chaotic tumble.
The officer sustained a minor head injury as a result, and the slide has since become a popular landmark for tourists and locals alike.
The Tartan Army paid a visit to the slide during their time in Boston, where Scotland beat Haiti 1-0 in their first World Cup match since 1998 on Saturday night.
Video footage shows Scotland fans, many dressed in kilts, flying at high speed down the slide.
Some emerge upside down, while others can be seen bashing the edges of the slide as they make their way down.
They are met with cheers as they reach the bottom of the slide, which is located in a children's playground at City Hall in Boston.
It comes as footage of a Tartan Army fan went viral as he decided to recreate the viral meme while playing the bagpipes.
Scottish fans had to go see the historic sites in Boston, so they made sure to stop by the viral slide…..with bagpipes of course pic.twitter.com/sguqqT9EMw

While in Boston, the Tartan Army have been hailed by the official US baseball league and scores of fans after more than 10,000 Scots stole the show at a Red Sox game, where they were seen singing various tunes including "No Scotland, no party".
The official Major League Baseball (MLB) account shared a video of Scottish fans singing Country Roads, writing: “The Tartan Army is out in full force at Fenway for #SundayNightBaseball.”
MLB then followed up with a second post showing Wally the Green Monster, the official Red Sox mascot, dressed up in a Scotland kit with a sign reading: “Tartan Army, we rise!”
Fans will continue to enjoy the city as they prepare for Scotland's second World Cup game, this time against Morocco at 11pm on Friday.
