KL Rahul has replaced Pant as vice-captain of the Indian Test side, which will continue to be led by Shubman Gill.

The squads were finalised during a meeting of the Ajit Agarkar-led BCCI senior men’s selection committee ahead of the home series against Afghanistan, according to PTI.
