Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted on the Elizabeth line.

Just before 11pm on Saturday, June 6, a group of buskers boarded a train at Whitechapel heading eastbound.

Before getting off at the next stop, Stratford station, two men from the group sexually assaulted a woman, British Transport Police said.

Now, officers have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.

Detectives believe the men in the images may have information that will assist their ongoing investigation.

Anyone who recognises them, or witnesses the assault, can contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 860 of 6 June.

Information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
