The performance may not have been vintage, but Scotland got their first win at the World Cup in 36 years with the 1-0 victory over Haiti.

Next up is Morocco after the Africans drew 1-1 with group favourites Brazil in their opening game.

Those two results leave the group wide open as Scotland look to qualify for the knockout stages for the first time in World Cup history.

Steve Clarke and the Tartan Army will be hoping for an improvement in performance and it will certainly be needed against a side ranked seventh in the world.

When is Scotland vs Morocco?

Scotland will face Morocco in their second World Cup group stage game on Friday, June 2026.

The match will be played at Gillette Stadium (Boston Stadium) in Foxborough, Boston.

Kick-off is at 11pm UK time.

The match against Brazil will be played in Miami with an 11pm UK kick-off time on Wednesday, June 24.

FIFA’s official guidelines on qualification from the group stage reads as follows: “Every team will face each of their group opponents once, with three points awarded for a win and one apiece for a draw.
