How to get Forza Horizon 6 Loyalty Rewards

Forza Horizon 6 gives returning fans up to six free cars just for having played previous Forza titles on the same Xbox Gamertag. No codes, no redemption menus, the cars simply drop into your garage automatically after completing the Tokyo City intro race.

Each one is the cover car from its respective game, so these are genuine supercars that fans of the series will love to drive around Japan.

All Forza Horizon 6 Loyalty Rewards cars

Forza Game Car
Forza Horizon 1 (2012) 2013 Dodge SRT Viper GTS
Forza Horizon 2 (2014) 2014 Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4
Forza Horizon 3 (2016) 2016 Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4
Forza Horizon 4 (2018) 2016 Aston Martin Vulcan*
Forza Horizon 5 (2021) 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE
Forza Motorsport (2023) 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray

*While fans would have expected the iconic McLaren Senna to reprise its role as Forza Horizon 4’s cover car, the vehicle has been replaced by the Aston Martin Vulcan instead, likely due to licensing issues.

How to claim your Loyalty Rewards

The loyalty rewards in Forza Horizon 6 unlock automatically, with no manual redemption needed. Here’s the exact steps you need to follow:

  1. Sign into the same Xbox Gamertag you used for previous Forza games
  2. Complete the Tokyo City introductory race with Mei
  3. Progress through the prologue until you unlock your first house and garage
  4. Check your garage (through the Cars tab in the pause menu)

The loyalty rewards don’t have a particular completion requirement in previous games. Instead, the system simply checks whether your Gamertag has save data for each qualifying title, launching the game and getting through the intro race is enough.

Which Forza games can you still play in 2026?

Of the nine mainline Forza games released before FH6, only two are still available to download in 2026. Forza Horizon 1 through 4 were all delisted from the Xbox Store as their music and brand licences expired. The same fate has claimed every Forza Motorsport title except the 2023 reboot. While the older Motorsport games did not carry any rewards, the Horizon delistings mean that most players can’t earn the loyalty bonuses.

That leaves just two cars you can actually acquire by playing the older games today:

  • 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE ( Forza Horizon 5 )
  • 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray ( Forza Motorsport )

Both are available on Xbox Game Pass, so if you’re already subscribed, these cars cost you nothing extra. Just launch each game, clear the opening race to create save data. Make sure you do this before your first launch of Forza Horizon 6 so that the rewards are correctly credited.

Can you use Loyalty Cars in Forza Horizon 6?

Partially. You can take them into free roam and open-world events like Danger Signs and Drift Zones immediately, which are great for building XP and skill chains in the early hours. However, race events are gated behind Wristband tiers.

Forza Horizon 6 deliberately restricts faster car classes to later campaign stages, so you’ll need to progress before you can enter a loyalty supercar in an actual race. In the meantime, use them to explore Japan and farm skill points.
