One such NPC is Dr. Voris, whose quest will have you find the Valley of Screams in order to complete his quest and unlock the ability to remove Spirit Charms. Read on to learn how to do it.

VV Ultimatum Valley of Screams Location
Let's cut through the fluff and get straight to the point. If you're wondering where the Valley of Screams is located in VV Ultimatum, the answer is that there is no single “location” where you can simply go and reliably get there. That's because the only way to enter the Valley is by going through purple portals. What's the catch, you might ask? Well, the catch is that there is no rule for how they appear - they pop up on the map completely randomly.
So, in order to complete Dr. Voris' quest, you'll have to get a little lucky and stumble upon an open purple portal. When you see one, make sure to seize the opportunity and use the portal to enter the Valley of Screams. Who knows when it will appear again? When you see it, simply approach it and just move through it (no need to press T to interact with it). And that's it - you have entered the Valley of Screams in VV Ultimatum.

Of course, whenever you want to leave, just turn around, and the portal will be there again, waiting for you to complete whatever you're doing (mostly removing Spirit Charms) and then head back. IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you remove a Spirit Charm, it will disappear completely, and you will not be able to keep it in your inventory. Also, when you return from the Valley of Screams, you will be teleported to your spawn point, not to the location where you originally entered the portal.

Dr. Voris' Quest and Location in VV Ultimatum
In case you don't know where to look for Dr. Voris, he's hiding in a sort of hole in the area between the two villages in the Soul Society Outskirts. When you cross the wooden suspension bridge, use the stairs, and enter the cave, you will come across a Giant Dragonfly. In that area, you will spot a hole that's hard to describe, so it's better to simply check out the picture below:
Once you complete his quest, he will offer you two services, provided you have the money, of course. Both are related to Spirit Charms. In fact, you can use him to remove Spirit Charms by reliably summoning the purple portal instead of waiting for it to appear randomly. His two services are:
- Give you an artificial Spirit Charm for 212 tokens
- Summon the purple portal for 200 tokens .
