WHAT TO TRY
I’ve long relied on FACEGYM for skin prep ahead of important events, but I’ve also come to love their tools for at-home de-puffing and snatching. Their new FACEGYM Pro device is even better than their previous model, which was the strongest microcurrent I’ve ever tried; trust me, you have to do both sides of your face or one eyebrow will be higher than the other. The results speak for themselves: in a clinical study, participants saw their jawline definition enhanced by 51 per cent. I’ve been using my device every day and really can’t get enough.
WHERE TO EAT
Tucked into an unassuming street corner in Shoreditch lies Dumbo, London's hottest new smashburger joint that's fast becoming the refuelling spot of choice for the fashion and creative crowds. It's the brand's first permanent outpost outside of Paris, where it boasts a city-wide cult following and permanent queues around the block—so in-the-know Londoners are delighted to finally have access to Dumbo's perfectly crispy cheeseburgers, fries and tempura-battered chicken nuggets right on their doorstep.
The space itself is refreshingly understated, sans bells and whistles just like the menu to allow the food to take rightful centre-stage—and while for most it's a grab'n'go situation, there are a few tables in the back for those who prefer to eat in, too. Fair warning: once you try these burgers, you'll genuinely struggle to enjoy them anywhere else. Bon appetit!
WHAT TO DRINK
If you’re looking for where to go in Soho, Thirteen is the place to be. On the corner of iconic Denmark Street, this cocktail bar feels like stepping into London’s rock’n’roll past, but with a high-glam twist. From the moment you step inside, you’re immersed in its intentionally moody lighting and effortlessly cool, understated vibe. It’s the kind of place you end up staying longer than planned, and don’t regret a minute of it — it gets cosy fast.
With a cocktail list as inventive and extensive as Thirteen’s, it’s a place you’ll want to keep coming back to. There’s something for everyone, from elevated takes on classics to more unexpected signature serves — the Margarita is especially good. A Japanese-inspired menu brings sushi, gyoza and tacos to the table, making it as much a food destination as a drinking one. Indulgent, atmospheric and genuinely fun, it’s quickly become a Soho favourite, with a rolling programme of live DJs and curated sets that keep the energy shifting late into the night, from funk and soul to disco and beyond.

Did you know that March is officially Margarita Month? Well, now that you do, it's only right that you celebrate in style—and the best way to do so is with a Patrón tipple (or three) in hand. The much-loved Mexican tequila brand has partnered with some of London's hottest hospitality venues to curate a special experience for the occasion: Mini Margarita flights that showcase Patron Silver, Reposado and El Alto, alongside fabulous food pairings. The team at M&S has spent years—as well as a significant amount of time in the brand's epic archives—designing the perfect classic trench: one that combines the timeless appeal of traditional styles with the practical details needed for modern life. This beautiful piece is the definitive result. Cut from premium cotton twill and finished with shower-resistant Stormwear technology, it features archival check lining, mock-horn buttons, a chic stand collar and a classic storm flap. If you know me, you know I’m drawn to this space: I wear a ring that tracks everything, use a device that measures by metabolism, swear by vagus nerve simulation and sleep on a smart bed—so naturally, I was intrigued by this ‘consciousness-shifting’ light mask. The fact that it was backed by Rosamund Pike sealed the deal.
Introducing Nova by Lumenate. Based on neural entrainment (where the brain synchronises to flickering light and immersive sound), Nova moves Lumenate beyond holding your phone flashlight to a fully immersive wearable. Pike calls it a “brain rinse”—a mental reboot—and that’s exactly how it feels. Thoughts soften, colours move behind your eyelids, and busy mental noise quietens.
It took me a little time to get used to it, but by session three, I was fully sold. It provides the perfect switch-off that I clearly needed. You’ve got to let your mind be open to it and sit with it—but the wave of calm and clarity that follows is genuinely impressive.
It’s somewhere between deep meditation and a gentle psychedelic drift—but entirely accessible from your bedroom (or sofa). At a £99 launch price, it’s accessible biohacking meets storytelling. I’m in.
The cult US prebiotic soda loved by the likes of Charli XCX and Alix Earle finally lands in the UK next week, marking its first international expansion that's set to shake up the soft drinks aisle. Think: bold fruity flavours, vibrant designs, and a strong viral pop-culture identity to boot. Poppi officially launched with five flavours on 4th March, and will is now available to shop at Tesco stores nationwide as well as Pret A Manger.
This is one of those fragrances that you spray once and you live with it forever. It’s intoxicating, mysterious and absolutely gets you noticed. During my usual “real world” testing process (because a fragrance has to perform IRL), someone stepped into a lift and said: “Wow… you smell amazing. That smells rich—like money.” So yes. Strong reaction.
It’s warming, musky, ambery—but lifted with citrus so it never tips into cloying or heavy. You get that vivid grapefruit flash at the start, a spark of ginger, then this skin-warm ambergris and resinous depth that just bubbles all day. I know it’s pricey, but I put on two spritz and it lasts from morning to evening. Very much worth the splurge, it goes straight into my Instant Gratification Products list.
Bang & Olufsen reimagine the Beosound A9 through the lens of contemporary artist Jacky Tsai. His signature red Floral Horse artwork transforms the iconic circular speaker into a sculptural collectors piece. Just 10 available (£3,800) exclusively at Bicester Village and the Mayfair boutique.
Champagne lovers rejoice! This one is just for you. Henriot marks the return of the Cuvée des Enchanteleurs with its 2015 vintage—crafted from six founding Grand Crus in equal proportion. Pale gold, fresh and mineral on the nose with blood peach; lively and balanced on the palate with dried apricot and a smoky honeyed complexity. And, an elegant new design that still honours the House’s heritage.
When it comes to perfumery, Creed get it right—every single time. The latest launch is no exception. Fresh, complex (when a scent has many layers) and unlike anything I’ve smelled before. Timur berry, bergamot and pink pepper lift the opening; rose, geranium and blackcurrant bud transform it into something next level; vetiver, cedarwood and amberwood ground it beautifully. It lasts all day, lingers softly on a scarf, and feels optimistic—like spring bottled.
