Dr Ranj Singh reflects on coming out as gay in his 30s

Ranj Singh

Dr Ranj Singh revealed he discovered he was gay through therapy at age 30, while married to a woman for seven years.
He sought therapy despite achieving career goals, feeling something was still amiss, which led to the realisation about his sexuality and the breakdown of his marriage.
The TV medic is now in a relationship with actor James Colebrook.
Singh addressed his absence from Morning Live, denying he was sacked and explaining he is on a break for brand collaborations, with intentions to return.
He also clarified that he has put his medical licence to practise on hold after 20 years in the NHS to pursue other dreams, but remains a fully registered doctor.
