How can I get free shipping at Vionic?
Sign up to the Vionic newsletter and text updates to get free shipping on your first purchase. You can also get free ground shipping when you purchase more than $100. If your order is less, ground shipping costs $9.95. Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days.
Does Vionic offer a first order discount?
Yes. Vionic has $15 off your first purchase and free ground shipping when you sign up for email and text updates. Simply click our relevant promo code, continue to the Vionic website, and click ‘get $15 off’.
Does Vionic have a clearance sale?
Vionic has a sales page which is updated regularly with seasonal discounts. It’s unclear whether these are marked to clear, but they are only available while stock lasts. Currently, we’re seeing up to 40% off with the summer sale, with sandals, ballet flats, and Mary Janes.
Are returns free at Vionic?
Yes. You can return your shoes for free within 30 days of purchase to any Happy Returns Bar. Vionic has a 30 day challenge, because they’re confident you’ll love their shoes. You won’t need to pay for returns as there is no shipping label, only a QR code. If you’d prefer to print a pre-paid label, this costs $9.95 and will be deducted from your refund.
