The Apprentice star quits in shock walkout as finalists confirmed

A contestant on The Apprentice quit before Lord Sugar could fire him as the 2026 series finalists were confirmed on Thursday’s episode (2 April).

Kieran McCartney had struck a “win or walk” deal with the businessman after losing the previous task.

He told Lord Sugar he would like to be the project manager on the next task, and he would walk out if he lost.

After losing the pet lifestyle brand task, Lord Sugar granted McCartney his request.

“You’ve got a deal. Thank you for the opportunity,” the contestant said as he exited.
