Does Simba Sleep offer free delivery?
All Simba Sleep orders include free standard delivery as standard with no minimum spend. Orders typically take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be delivered to a room of your choice. If you want to be provided a 4-hour timeslot for delivery, you can opt for Specified Delivery at the checkout for a £10 fee.
Does Simba Sleep offer an NHS discount?
Simba Sleep offers all key workers a 20% discount on their orders when they verify their status by providing some employment details. Keyworkers include NHS staff, emergency services workers, care or social workers, members of the military and anyone working for a charity. The brand partners with Gocertify to confirm eligibility through a dedicated discount portal.
Does Simba Sleep offer a student discount?
If you're currently studying, you can also save 20% on your Simba Sleep orders by verifying your status with Gocertify. Just like the keyworker discounts, Simba provides students and anyone aged 18 - 25 a code for 20% off at the checkout when they confirm their eligibility through the dedicated portal on their website. This offer is also available to anyone with a disability.
Does Simba Sleep collect old mattresses?
Yes, you can request Simba collects an old mattress even if you aren’t buying a new one. This service costs a small fee of £50. Simply choose the ‘Standard delivery with old mattress removal’ option at the checkout and the brand will be in touch to arrange a collection date.
What is the returns policy at Simba Sleep?
When you buy a Simba mattress, you're covered by a 200-night trial, allowing you to test out your mattress to make sure its for you before you're locked in to your purchase. You'll need to test it out for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a refund, but if after this time has passed you still feel its not the right pick for you, just contact the brand to arrange free shipping or collection. For all other purchases (such as accessories and bedding), you'll have 30 days to send your items back.
