Does SharkNinja offer free delivery?
Whenever you spend £30 or more, SharkNinja includes free mainland UK delivery as standard, with orders shipped 7 days a week and 1-hour delivery slots provided once your order has been confirmed. If your order falls under this total, you'll be charged a £3.50 shipping fee, so check if there are any accessories you may need in the near future before you order to avoid unnecessary charges.
Can I get a SharkNinja student discount?
Yes, students can save 9% on all SharkNinja orders by confirming their status with UNiDAYS to receive a unique code. Just sign in to your account before heading to the checkout, then add your code before you place your order to save on your devices.
Can I get a SharkNinja NHS discount?
NHS workers can also get 9% off SharkNinja orders by verifying their status through the brand's discount portal. This offer is also available to other healthcare workers, plus care workers, teachers, emergency services staff (including police, fire service and emergency services staff), members of the military and government employees. The discount is even available to anyone working in the delivery or transport industry. As with NHS workers, you'll need to provide some details to confirm your employment status before you're sent your code.
Does Shark accept returns?
Of course! You have up to 30 days after you make your purchase to decide to return your item if it doesn't meet your expectations. However, you will be expected to arrange and cover the cost of your own returns shipping. Note that you may not receive a full refund if your item does not arrive back with SharkNinja in its original condition.

SharkNinja offers a limited price match programme which will see the brand's team match lower prices on their devices if they're offered by approved competitors such as Amazon, Argos, Currys, AO or John Lewis. This even applies up to 30 days after you've made your purchase, meaning you can reclaim the difference if the price drops with competing retailers after you've ordered (so long as this doesn't include sale prices). To make a claim, just get in touch with the brand's team with details of the competing listing.
