Seth Rogen on his friendship with James Franco post misconduct claims

James Franco Seth Rogen

Seth Rogen has confirmed he is no longer friends with James Franco and has no plans to work with him again, stating he hasn't spoken to him in a "long time".
The pair, who met on "Freaks and Geeks" in 1999, collaborated on numerous hit films including "Pineapple Express" and "The Interview".
Rogen publicly distanced himself from Franco after sexual misconduct allegations surfaced in 2018, a move Franco later described as "hurtful".
In 2021, Franco agreed to pay $2.23m (£1.67m) to settle a lawsuit brought by two former students alleging inappropriate and sexually charged behaviour.
Franco later admitted to sleeping with students, acknowledging it was wrong, and apologised to Rogen for being forced to comment on the situation.
