Does schuh offer free delivery?
Yes, schuh offers free delivery on purchases of £70 or more. For orders less than this, standard delivery costs £3.99. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days, excluding bank holidays.
Does schuh have a student discount?
Yes, absolutely. Students can save 10% off and get double points on each purchase. You'll need to be signed up to the schuh loyalty programme, The Schuh Club, with both a primary and student email address.
Does schuh have a NHS discount?
Yes. NHS staff can get 10% off full-priced purchases at schuh with a valid Blue Light Card. Simply sign into your online Blue Light Card account to confirm your work place and see your code.
Does schuh have free returns?
No. Returns via post cost £3.99 including for myschuh customers. However, you can still return in-store for free. Items can be returned within 365 days, if they're unused and meet the return requirements.

Loyalty programme: Sign up for the Schuh Club to earn points on your purchases to get 1 point for every £1 spend. At 100 points, you'll get a £5 off gift card. You'll also be sent exclusive sales updates, collaborations, and new product news first.

Your order will need to contain only full-priced items to be eligible. Plus, you'll need to log into your online Blue Light Card to confirm your place of work.
