Royal Enfield’s Hunter 350 Enhances Fun Factor With Quirky New Colors

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 punched above its asking price and cc when its most recent iteration launched, as a capable all-rounder in an entry-level package. But RideApart's own Enrico Punsalang let us know that, if it's fun you're after, get the Guerrilla 450. Now, however, with the introduction of three new color schemes for the Hunter 350, it's in contention to be the quirkiest RE of the bunch, and that'll make it the most fun for some of us.

I'm torn between what takes the crown as my favorite of the three colorways, but for now, Moonshot White takes it. I reckon it's the wildest of all the Hunter 350 paint options, thanks to the theme, which mixes space and ocean. These graphics sit on a gloss white finish, creating something resembling what a street artist would create on mushrooms.

If Moonshot White was out of stock, I wouldn't be annoyed whatsoever if I rode home on Mumbai Yellow. And I'd hazard a guess that this might be the most popular of the bunch for the general public. The base is a bright, glossy yellow, and it's finished with a contrasting black, blue, white, and orange paint scheme. This paint job isn't the quirkiest in terms of styling, but it's the loudest and most likely to turn heads.

The latest of the new colorways is Tarmac Black, and, unlike Moonshot White and Mumbai Yellow, this paint scheme is about as clean and sleek as they come. It's finished with a gloss black tank and black panels. The only thing that breaks the blacked-out look is the white "Royal Enfield" on the tank and "Hunter 350" on the side panels.

These three new colorways join the existing seven for the Hunter 350, which include Factory Black, Dapper Grey, Graphite Grey, London Red, Rio White, Rebel Blue, and Tokyo Black. Unfortunately, the latest paint schemes are only available in India, as of right now. But make some noise at your local dealerships if you want to see them hit US roads.
