"Enough is enough" were the words of Gezim Selimi, a retired teacher in Pristina as he cast his ballot this Sunday in Kosovo's snap elections. He was one of a handful of voters questioned by journalists about what it was like to be going to the polls again in Kosovo.
Selimi may well have been speaking for much of Kosovo – it's the third parliamentary election there in 18 months. Voters went back to the polls this Sunday because no one party has been able to gain a strong enough majority to pull the country out of political deadlock. The results keep producing hung parliaments that cannot turn into functioning governments.
This used to be the curse of Belgian politics. We speak to Brussels-based journalist Jakob Weizman, who covers European politics for Politico. He recently interviewed Kosovo's former president Vjosa Osmani (pictured).
