Klim launches New Generation XC Pro Off-Road Gear, and Racer Support Program

Klim has amateur and pro off-road riders covered for 2026. The Idaho-based riding gear company recently introduced the latest addition to its off-road motorcycle line, along with an announcement: As the riding and racing season heats up, Klim will now support competitive riders with its Racer Support Program. But first, here's the latest XC Pro off-road gear from the brand.

Klim gave the popular XC Pro series a ground-up redesign over the past two years. The result is gear that blends stretch, durability, and cooling fabrics in a new package designed for flexibility and performance in the hands of the most demanding trail riders. Included in the redesign are pants, gloves, and a jersey.

“At Klim, we team up with professional racers to validate our gear in the harshest real-world conditions. That process teaches us a tremendous amount about how new materials perform in extreme conditions, which allows us to push the product further than anything we’ve developed before,” said Brent Harden, Klim Motorcycle Product Line Director. “The result is an XC Pro pant that’s lighter and more comfortable than any off-road pant we’ve ever built, paired with an industry-first knitted jersey that uses Brrrº cooling fibers to help regulate core temperature in the most extreme conditions.”

The XC Pro Jersey is racing-inspired and features body-mapped chemical-free Brrr cooling fabrics. This cooling material is “engineered knit” to optimize breathability and comfort with minimal stitch lines throughout the top. The idea behind the jersey, as with the whole series, was to increase mobility and reduce bulkiness, and as you can see from the picture, the jersey doesn't look too different from something you'd see at the gym.

The in-the-boot XC Pro Pant uses Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) stretch fabrics for lightweight durability in the knees and seat. The new stretch fabric is supposed to improve mobility when riding with knee braces. The pant also features laser-cut vents to keep riders cool, and Klim’s signature zippered leg pocket provides convenient storage for a small piece of emergency kit, or a carb gel.

The XC Pro Glove now uses a genuine goat leather seamless palm to create a streamlined and precise hand-to-handlebar connection. Klim used a full-stretch engineered knit cooling backhand for more dexterity.

As for the race support news, according to Klim, its Racer Support Program will be meant for "Off-road racers with at least a year of experience are encouraged to apply for gear support in their race efforts. The program aims to alleviate the financial burden of racing for privateers who meet the qualifications. Privateers and amateur racers alike are also encouraged to apply for the KLIM Racer Support Program." There aren't many brands doing this, so props to Klim.
