Is Bolivia vs Scotland on TV? Channel, kick-off time and how to watch World Cup warm-up clash

Scotland have taken their World Cup preparations to American soil as they face Bolivia in their final tune-up before the beginning of the tournament.

Steve Clarke’s side set off across the Atlantic after dispatching Curacao 4-1 at Hampden Park last Saturday, though they did suffer a scare against the smallest ever World Cup nation after falling behind courtesy of Tahith Chong.

They’ll be hoping for less of the shakes against Bolivia who missed out on a place at the finals by the skin of their teeth, losing to Iraq in April’s play-off final.

Scotland kick off their World Cup campaign in just eight days, facing Haiti on 14 June at Boston’s Gillette Stadium.

Here’s everything you need to know.

When is Bolivia vs Scotland?

Scotland’s clash with Bolivia kicks off at 9pm BST on Saturday 6 June at Gillette Stadium in Boston, Massachusetts.

How can I watch it?

Viewers in the UK can watch the game free-to-air on BBC Two with coverage starting at 8.30pm BST. Fans can also stream the game on BBC iPlayer.

Team news

Scotland midfielder Billy Gilmour suffered a heartbreaking knee injury against Curacao and has been ruled out of the World Cup, meaning he will be absent for the clash against Bolivia. Tyler Fletcher has replaced him in the squad.

Bolivia’s squad has been ravaged by a lack of permissions, with Diego Medina and Dieguito Rodriguez being refused US visas, while Moises Paniagua and Ramiro Vaca have not been allowed to report for international duty by their Moroccan club Wydad Casablanca. Jesus Maraude and Hector Cuellar are also absent with injuries.

Predicted line-ups

Bolivia XI: Viscarra; Macazaga, Torrez, Haquin, Fernandez; Tome, E. Vaca, Melgar; Terceros, Centella, Nacif.

Scotland XI: Gunn; Patterson, Hendry, McKenna, Tierney; Gannon-Doak, McLean, McTominay, Curtis; Shankland, Adams.
