Iran's military has released a video it says shows missiles and drones being launched on Wednesday (3 June) in a new exchange of fire amid US talks.
The US military said that Iranian missiles fired at Kuwait and Bahrain failed or were shot down, and that the US launched strikes on an Iranian facility in response.
US officials stated that two Iranian missiles fired at Kuwait fell short or broke apart en route, and three missiles launched towards Bahrain were intercepted by US and Bahraini forces.
Iran carried out a drone strike on a passenger terminal at Kuwait International Airport early Wednesday, wounding several people and forcing the suspension of air traffic, Kuwait's state news agency reported.
