Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh): Launching a direct offensive against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its ideological affiliates, Samajwadi Party (SP) Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday alleged that "invisible weapons" were being used to disrupt social harmony and demanded a thorough legal and financial scrutiny of their properties, funding sources and foreign travel.
Taking to X, Akhilesh Yadav shared a series of statements raising questions on the functioning, finances and alleged activities of BJP members and associated organisations, suggesting that "secret activities" were being carried out using unaccounted resources.
"Real weapons require licenses, but there are some invisible weapons as well, which are secretly launching extremely lethal attacks from within on the country, society, and mutual love," Yadav said.
