Yes, all orders over $199 are eligible for free shipping, which should ship in the first 24 - 48 hours of placing your order, and arrive in another 1 - 5 working days. Orders under this total will incur fees of $7.99. If you want to receive your items faster, you can also pay $14.99 for express shipping.
Can you trade in your old clubs at Golf Avenue?
Yes, you can trade in your old clubs with Golf Avenue, as well as a number of other pre-loved items. Once the refurbishment specialists at Golf Avenue have received your items they’ll sell them on their platform, you’ll receive an offer on the clubs which you can choose to receive as a store credit or a cash wire transfer.
What is Golf Avenues returns policy?
Golf Avenue has a standard 60-day money-back guarantee on all items, including preowned items and golf clubs Returned items can be exchanged for cash within the first 30 days, but only for Golf Avenue store credit from days 31 to 60. Any worn clothing cannot be returned. To initiate a return, simply get in touch with the Golf Avenue customer support team.
Note that if you are returning your order simply because you no longer want it, you will be charged a $15 restocking and shipping fee, plus an extra 2% fee for new clubs. Any items deemed to be in worse condition than they were shipped in or are not returned in their original packaging, may also incur a additional 20% restocking fee to cover damages.
