Former Celtic coach Damien Duff has been appointed as Brentford's assistant manager.
The 47-year-old has joined Keith Andrews' backroom staff, following a successful first season in charge of the London side.
Originally hired as a reserve team coach, the ex-Chelsea, Newcastle United and Fulham winger was promoted to the first team after Brendan Rodgers' first Celtic exit.

That summer, his replacement, Neil Lennon, was given the job permanently, with Duff retaining his role. He was most recently a FIFA Technical Advisor, following his exit from Shelbourne after four years in charge.
“I’ve known Damien for a long time,” said head coach Keith Andrews to club media. “I’ve seen him up close throughout his coaching journey. We’ve been on courses together and worked together as coaches with the Republic of Ireland national team.
“Damien will bring experience, presence and a real level of detail to our coaching department. He will add to the great group we already have and I’m very pleased that he is joining us.”
