The ministry said the programme offers successful applicants the opportunity to serve for up to five years, with monthly financial incentives of up to QAR 7,000, alongside career and residency-related benefits.

Eligibility criteria

The Ministry of Defence outlined the conditions applicants must meet to join the programme in a post on X.

Candidates must have been born in Qatar, be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Qatar residency permit, and have a good reputation and conduct record. Applicants must also be medically fit, successfully complete an admission interview, and must not have been previously dismissed from service.

The ministry added that individuals convicted of crimes involving dishonesty or breach of trust are ineligible unless they have been formally rehabilitated.
