A BODY has been found in the search for a man who went missing in Edinburgh.
Police had launched a search for Christopher Rodger, who was last seen in the Gyle area of the Scottish capital at around 9.00am on Friday.
Officers have confirmed that at around 1.20am on Sunday, the body of a man was found in the Colinton Road area of Edinburgh.
Formal identification has yet to take place, however, the family of Rodger has been informed.
Police said the death is not believed to be suspicious, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
