DarkWhat Do the Tier Rankings Mean in Our ALLfiring Companion Tier List?
In ALLfiring, tier rankings reflect each companion's overall contribution across damage, utility, survivability, and late-game scaling. S Tier companions are the strongest options currently available and hold up across all content types, while C Tier companions fall off quickly and should be replaced as soon as a better option becomes available.
| Tier | Meaning in ALLfiring | Companions |
|---|---|---|
| S | Meta-defining. Provides top-tier damage or support that remains effective from early story through endgame boss fights. | 4 |
| A | Excellent. Strong in most content and worth building long-term, though slightly outclassed by S Tier in fully optimized team compositions. | 6 |
| B | Solid. Useful in the early and mid-game, but lacks the scaling or impact to compete with higher-tier companions in the long run. | 3 |
| C | Below average. Provides limited usefulness that quickly falls as you progress into mid and late-game content. | 1 |
Which Companions Are S Tier in ALLfiring?
| Companion & Role | Element | Why This Tier | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() Felgia [Main DPS] |
Wind | Felgia provides constant offensive pressure with her rapid skill rotations that require no setup, performing optimally from early game through endgame. She's the most consistently strong DPS in-game and the best Wind carry available. | All content, Wind teams, Beginners |
![]() Rozeul [Support/DPS] |
Thunder | Rozeul deals tremendous burst damage without relying on signature abilities or specific team synergy, making her one of the most self-sufficient units in the roster. Her aggressive Thunder kit eliminates enemies quickly in both casual content and competitive play. | All content, Core DPS |
![]() Ilscha [Main DPS] |
Ice | Ilscha is the strongest dedicated Ice carry in the game once fully invested and paired with Ice element teammates. She has powerful burst windows that shred bosses and scales exceptionally well into endgame. She requires some setup investment, but delivers the highest Ice damage in the roster. | Endgame, Boss fights, Ice teams |
![]() Yousel [Main DPS] |
Ice | Yousel has solid burst damage with a beginner-friendly kit that is easy to learn and strong from day one. She works reliably as a secondary DPS in Ice teams and is the top reroll target for players who want a powerful yet accessible start. | Beginners, Ice teams, early game |
Which Companions Are A Tier in ALLfiring?
| Companion & Role | Element | Why This Tier | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() Nayeh [Main DPS/Support] |
Ice | Nayeh can be used as both a damage dealer and support, giving Ice teams buffs without sacrificing DPS. But she needs careful team planning to fully use her skillset, and it is great if you build around her with strong dual-role value. | Ice teams, Hybrid Slots |
|
Kirika [Main DPS] |
Fire | Kirika provides steady, sustained Fire damage that is especially effective against Ice-element opponents. Easy to build and slot into a wide variety of compositions, but her DPS falls short in comparison to the most dominant meta companions at the higher levels. | Fire teams |
![]() Khronos [Support] |
Wind | Khronos improves your Wind team's consistency by enhancing elemental synergy and boosting the overall damage output of Wind DPS units. She has low usefulness outside of Wind-focused compositions, but is a strong and reliable pick when paired with Felgia or Garcia. | Wind teams |
![]() Jallest [Tank/Bruiser] |
Dark | Jallest increases team durability while continuing to deal sustained DPS, becoming increasingly valuable in the late game, where survivability matters as much as offense. Lacks Burst DPS skills, but is difficult to replace in longer fights. | Late-game Teams, Boss fights |
![]() Fischer [Main DPS] |
Fire | Fischer deals heavy Fire damage from the early game and continues to scale into the late game. Provides little utility outside of raw damage, which makes her less efficient in compositions that need multiple roles covered simultaneously. | Fire teams, early-to-late game |
|
Garcia [Main DPS] |
Wind | Garcia is good in a wide range of game modes as a solid Wind DPS alternative. But he does not match Felgia's sustained output and should be used as a secondary Wind carry rather than a primary one. Fine as a fill-in but not a replacement. | Wind teams, Secondary DPS |
Which Companions Are B Tier in ALLfiring?
| Companion & Role | Element | Why This Tier | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() Sion [Support] |
Wind | Sion provides helpful buffs that keep the Wind team's performance stable in the early and mid-game, but her support effects are noticeably weaker than Khronos, who fills the same role more effectively. Best used as a secondary support when better options are unavailable. | Wind teams, secondary support |
![]() Nafia [Support] |
Thunder | Nafia is a dependable Thunder team support and fits easily into compositions that need elemental synergy. Her overall impact feels low compared to stronger supports, making her a temporary option rather than a long-term choice in optimized team builds. | Thunder teams, Secondary support |
![]() Hilschtia [Main DPS] |
Ice | Hilschtia has respectable Ice DPS when paired with the right setup, serving as a fallback Ice DPS when Ilscha or Yousel are unavailable. Heavily overshadowed by stronger Ice units in any mode where higher-tier options can be used instead. | Ice teams, Early game |
Which Companions Are C Tier in ALLfiring?
| Companion & Role | Element | Why This Tier | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() Herfwin [Support] |
Dark | Herfin has basic Dark-element skills that lose effectiveness as soon as you reach the mid-game. Outclassed by every other support in the roster in terms of buff strength and survivability. Replace her with any other support the moment one becomes available. | Early game only |
