The Rest Is Football is a football podcast where Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer and Micah Richards discuss football’s biggest stories.

From last-minute winners to transfer sagas, fantasy football gems and drama behind the scenes, the former footballers – who all have strong opinions, brilliant chemistry and decades of Premier League experience – serve up three episodes every week packed with insights, dressing-room stories and laughs.

The hit podcast series will also be coming to Netflix as a daily TV show during the upcoming 2026 World Cup tournament, which will be jointly hosted by 16 cities – 11 in the United States, three in Mexico, and two in Canada.

It will be filmed in a studio in the heart of New York and produced by Goalhanger, the podcast production company Lineker co-founded in 2014.

Similar to the existing podcast, The Rest Is Football will feature banter, game analysis, hot takes, special guests, interviews and insights into the world’s largest sporting event.

On this week’s episode, Lineker and Richards review the Champions League final as Arsenal had their dreams dashed in a penalty shootout and PSG became only the second team to win the competition in back-to-back seasons.

The Rest Is Football is for the real football fans looking for real, unfiltered commentary.

The Runna Podcast is a deep dive into running with Olympians, world-class coaches and inspiring runners.

In this week’s episode, Anya Culling and Kayla Jeter sit down with Tatiana Forbes – runner, content creator and founder of the Best for Last Run Club.

Forbes, who started running in 2023 after having a baby, is a self-proclaimed ‘slow runner’, and throughout the episode, she shares its realities. After being left behind in multiple run clubs, she had the idea to start her own to ensure nobody had to endure that.

Through sharing her journey on social media, Forbes explains she realised she ‘wasn’t the only slow runner in the world’. Explaining that running has shifted her identity, Forbes says she is now more confident and empowered.

The trio also dive into the concepts of the run, walk strategy during races – which involves intentionally alternating between running and walking at set intervals – and also being a woman of colour in the sport.

Overall, the episode gives a healthy insight into all perspectives of running and the narrative that it should be inclusive for all levels.

What’s Up Docs? is a BBC Radio 4 podcast hosted by doctors and identical twins Chris and Xand van Tulleken.

Every week, the brothers are joined by an expert guest to discuss the latest health research, psychological insights and evidence-based findings to help listeners make sense of the vast amount of health information and advice available today.

In this week’s episode, they chat to Professor Richard Anderson, professor of clinical reproductive science at the University of Edinburgh, about male contraception.

Together, they examine the contraceptive options currently available, the promising approaches being investigated by researchers and challenges that have prevented a lot of male contraceptive options from reaching the market.

This insightful conversation also tackles common misconceptions surrounding male fertility and explores how contraception itself is perceived in society.

Drawing on their own experiences, Chris and Xand also share their own insights, offering a balanced perspective on this often-debated topic.

Talking about health can often be confusing and overwhelming, but the twins are great at breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand, engaging conversations.

If you’re interested in staying informed about the latest developments in health and wellbeing and are looking for expert-led, accessible advice, What’s Up Docs? is well worth a listen.

The Mindset Mentor is a podcast for anyone looking for motivation, direction and focus in life.

He also chats about the power of silence, the power of fully inhabiting our day-to-day lives, and encourages listeners to become the best version of themselves.
